Models and configurations to suit your wishes
We specialize in machines with fully automatic transport systems. However, we offer our laminators with varying degrees of automation built in. According to the requirements of our customers, the laminates can be placed manually at the laminator or else passed on to the feeder device by an upstream system (stringer, lay-up).
Once the automatic laminating cycle has been completed, the finished laminates can be removed manually from the removal station or else taken away by the downstream system (framing, test set-up). It is also possible to have tracking of the batches with seamless documentation of each individual process by means of our process control system.
Options
We manufacture our units that have a modular design to various degrees of automation, especially geared towards the needs of the photovoltaic and glass industries. In addition to our standard types we can also supply individual pv stack or vacuum laminators and pv equipment to meet your special needs.
