The smooth and trouble-free running of production is the key to any manufacturing process. Only if it is possible to seamlessly track when and to what degree of quality the various systems have been produced, can the experience gained be utilized optimally for the future.

It therefore follows, that process optimization is one of our core topics in addition to product development. The result of this R&D work is, among other things, a process control system for our solar laminators that allows the control, inspection and storage of all process data by an industrial PC. All processes can be called up again at a later date. It is also possible to operate the entire plant via this system. In addition, the computer can be accessed via the company’s own network in the same way as for remote maintenance by modem.
